We are now still in the first phase of Camden Council’s website redesign. There are 3 core phases in this project, that Alasdair explains in detail in the video below. It is important for us to communicate that once the website is launched, this project does not end there. There will be another 2 phases until the cycle is complete.

It was important for this project to carry out usability testing’s that accurately explored the problems and barriers users face when using our website.

For Camden’s Website Redesign Project, we conducted some user interviews and contextual enquiries for this project and you might be wondering what sort of questions we asked.

For the past few months on this project, we have been going through several user research sessions using different approaches. From focus groups to individual user testing’s in the users home.
