I found this presentation to be extremely useful in understanding why we need to change the way we communicate. For instance traditional top-down messaging no longer rules the day and organizations must adapt their messaging and empower their supporters to drive the message. It also talks about how to run a successful grassroots campaign. However the most valuable information will get from this presentation is its case studies.
