We’ve recently been confronted with a change in weather here in England and our local government was expected to react to that change effectively and efficiently.  Though the effects of the snow is not as catastrophic as Hurricane Katrina or the recent forest fire in Australia, I believe that it is important to highlight the importance of being prepared in such an event.
